{"id":3601,"date":"2024-07-08T08:44:23","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T14:44:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dgalegal.com\/?p=3601"},"modified":"2024-07-08T08:44:24","modified_gmt":"2024-07-08T14:44:24","slug":"noticia-juridica-no-203","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dgalegal.com\/en\/noticia-juridica-no-203\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTICIA JUR\u00cdDICA No. 203"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><strong>SE INCORPORA EL R\u00c9GIMEN DEL IMPUESTO A LA RENTA \u00daNICO PARA OPERADORES DE PRON\u00d3STICOS DEPORTIVOS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante Decreto Ejecutivo No. 313 emitido por el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica se reform\u00f3 el Reglamento de Aplicaci\u00f3n a la Ley de R\u00e9gimen Tributario Interno y se incorpora la normativa aplicable a los ingresos derivados de los pron\u00f3sticos deportivos a trav\u00e9s de plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quienes tengan como actividad econ\u00f3mica la explotaci\u00f3n de pron\u00f3sticos deportivos (residentes o no), deber\u00e1n obtener un Registro \u00danico de Contribuyentes, sin que esto los constituya en establecimiento permanente sin perjuicio de que deban cumplir con las obligaciones formales ante el ente de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tasa impositiva ser\u00e1 del quince por ciento sobre los ingresos netos.
